Readers of the highly respected publications The Financial Times and Investors Chronicle have short listed Kleinwort Benson for Best Private Bank alongside four other institutions including Lloyds TSB, SG Hambros, Credit Suisse and Butterfield Bank. The winner will be announced on 23 May 2008.
Kleinwort Benson was recognised as the Best Domestic Private Bank for Entrepreneurs in the Euromoney survey in January 2008. In 2007 Kleinwort Benson was judged the winner in the product and service innovation category of the PAM Awards, for its Gresham Deva Alpha Fund, which exploits the difference between implied and realised volatility in the US equity market using the S&P 500 Index.
Kleinwort Benson is ranked in the Top 20 of Wealth Managers in the UK and in the Top Five for Fund Administration and Fund Custodian in the Channel Islands. Kleinwort Benson has also recently received the highest score in a survey on client satisfaction in the category for UK expatriate clients, which was carried out by the leading research group MDRC.
