Kleinwort Benson voted Best Private Bank

Kleinwort Benson was last night awarded the accolade of Best Private Bank 2008 at the inaugural Financial Times and Investors Chronicle Wealth Management Awards. Mark Hussein, Head of Private Wealth Management collected the prestigious award at the Grosvenor Hotel in Mayfair


Kleinwort Benson was short listed with four other institutions by the readers of Financial Times and Investors ChronicleReaders were asked to assess wealth managers on a range of criteria including frequency and quality of communication, availability of specialist services and banking services, fees charged, financial performance and range of investment options on offer.

An independent research house collated the results and a panel consisting of well known financial commentators and journalists, as well as leading wealth management practitioners and industry experts selected the winners.

The Wealth Management Awards are intended to assist readers of both the FT and Investors Chronicle in finding firms that have been judged to be excellent in the provision of wealth management services. In times of global uncertainty identifying institutions that are most capable to manage the finances of their clients becomes all the more crucial.
