Mel is responsible for Business Support at Kleinwort Benson Fixed Income.
He was Head of Human Resources and Facilities Management, Europe at Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International from 2000 to 2009 leading the HR strategy, processes and policy leading large projects.
He was a member of the management committee reporting to the CEO. Mel was senior Human Resources Manager at Bankers Trust International from 1994 to 1998 and worked in HR at Chemical Bank from 1987 to 1993.
