The Client to Client platform (“C2C”) of Kleinwort Benson establishes a distribution and advisory platform for fixed income securities built upon the principles of independence and transparency.
It creates a compelling liquidity pool for primary private placements, MTN’s and secondary fixed income securities by applying the equity concept of “dark pools” to the fixed income space. It offers an attractive alternative crossing network centred on a client base of more than 300 premier institutional investors and corporate clients across Europe and Asia.
C2C never takes proprietary positions in either primary or secondary bonds. The platform will not trade with market intermediaries, seeking to cross securities from one investor to another. We avoid the principal / agent conflict inherent in transaction relationships between clients and incumbent banks.
