Real Estate Advisory is a product specialist team within Kleinwort Benson, that tracks and monitors trends and developments in the UK, European and Global property to identify new investment opportunities.
We provide both discretionary and advisory clients with a selection of core, added value and more specialist real estate investments funds. These are ’best of breed’ opportunities, not typically open to normal retail investors, which are sourced from external managers after an exhaustive due diligence process.
Separately, we assist Kleinwort Benson’s clients with a range of real estate related enquiries, making introductions to market specialists or providing generalist advice where required.
In addition to Real Estate Advisory, the Kleinwort Benson Collective Investment Selection Committee (CISC) researches and recommends property vehicles for clients requiring daily liquidity. These can be either listed property investment companies or Unit Trusts while our team of equity analysts research and make recommendations on REITs and the shares of publicly quoted property companies.
