We transact private placements for our clients to place directly with the investors covered by our C2C platform. The team are experts in their individual fields and are experienced in sourcing and placing fixed income, structured debt, hybrid capital and equity.
Our client relationships are highly valued. We take no proprietary positions in either primary or secondary issues, nor do we warehouse product. Having listened to our clients requirements, the views we express and solutions we provide are therefore independent and straightforward resolution that don't build in unnecessary complexity.
