Working at Kleinwort Benson

At Kleinwort Benson we operate as one team, working together in a flat structure. This enables us to move quickly on our clients’ behalf, to seize opportunities and deliver results. Our client-centric approach makes the Kleinwort Benson brand what it is, and that brand begins with our people.

Working at Kleinwort Benson means different things to different people. We are a diverse business which celebrates a broad talent base that delivers a range of products and services. Our Group is organised into several main divisions; we encourage you to explore these below and meet some of our team.

Third Party Recruitment Partners

Kleinwort Benson is proud to work in partnership with selected recruitment partners, who add value to our overall talent acquisition strategy. We operate a Preferred Supplier List for contingency agencies and retained search agents or head-hunters. These agreements cover permanent, temporary and contract recruitment.

Kleinwort Benson works exclusively with these suppliers who have signed our terms and conditions. At which point these recruitment partners may place candidates with Kleinwort Benson upon instruction.

Kleinwort Benson does not accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies.

If you wish to be considered for partnering with Kleinwort Benson, please email us at kbpeopleuk@kleinwortbenson.com. Otherwise, further enquiries relating to recruitment should be directed to Laura-Jane Cartwright at our London office.
